She will use her personal experience AND clinical knowledge to guide you from Masked to ConfiDance 

How will we get there? By expanding our capacity to be uncomfortable

So leave your armour at the door and join us -a place to be at home in your body

P.S. This is not a choreographed dance class. Through exercices, we will dance from our intuition, focusing on spontaneous, rhythmic, vibrational, somatic, meditative, and authentic movement. This is how we build confidence—it’s an authentic expression inside-out process.

No prior dance experience is necessary
